People’s opinions make you second guess your wedding plans?

I’ve already had to nix my original ideas due to financial reasons, and now I just feel like I shouldn’t even do half of what I want. I’m sold on my retro 50s style Disney Boardwalk Wedding.I love the idea and it’s affordable. The guest list is basically planned out as well as mostly every detail. However, opinions of weddings being over rated and rolling eyes make me feel as if what I want to do is wrong.. I myself never went to prom (not entirely a big deal,) never had a ‘sweet 16,’ and I was also BIG for roughly half of my life. So that’s why I want to have a nice wedding, not necessarily expensive (smaller the price tag the better imo.) For just one day I want to feel beautiful, have all eyes on me, and sort of have that day of being a ‘princess.’ SUPER cheesy? Yes. But, its for ONE DAY!!!

So my lovelies, I was wondering if any of you have every been through the same or in general just have any words of advice.

It figures, my luck so far today has been absolutely nonexistent today as it is lol.

I go on my netbook to apartment/house hunt and tumbl and my battery is about to die -okay cool.

However, my charger has gone mia.. teh fuck?!
